Below is a robotic folder that is designed to fold shelves complete in 70 seconds.
Up to 400 shelves can be manufactured in an 8 hour shift.

The robotic folder makes complete shelves as follows:

1. Grips & positions the piece for punching 1st 2 corners.
2. Positions for single fold on 1st edge.
3. Rotates, & positions for punch on last 2 corners.
4. Positions for single fold on side 3.
5. Rotates & positions for 3 folds on side 2.
6. Rotates & positions for 3 folds on side 4.

Different sizes are programmed and downloaded from the touch screen.
Sizes vary from 300 X 700 to 600 X 1200.
